Accelerating the deployment of reindustrialization.
Founded in 2023, Oway was created to solve inefficiencies in the physical economy that could not be solved before AI optimization. We’re building the common language of the physical economy, so the companies that make and move things can coordinate through one shared layer.
Make the physical economy programmable.
The physical economy runs on systems, machines and companies that have no common way to understand or command each other. The waste that creates, from idle capacity to stranded inventory, was too complex to coordinate by hand. AI can finally optimize it, once it can read the operation.
IOI is our answer: one protocol that turns physical state into context any company, developer or AI agent can build on. Juno, our industrial AI, acts on that context, and Oway OS is where operations run.
Our first solution sells the empty space on trucks already making the trip, since half of US truck space goes unused. It made freight cheaper for shippers and more profitable for carriers, and it is one of many products we’re building to accelerate America’s reindustrialization.

Phillip Nadjafov
Phillip co-founded Isotrex, a multinational defense manufacturer, with his brother at 16. He built its supply chain and production end to end, became CEO in 2019, and scaled it to roughly $100M in annual revenue and more than 4,000 vehicles built.
Running factories showed him that the systems of the physical economy have no common way to understand each other. He wrote “The Physical Economy Has No Index” and started Oway to build that common language.
