Ask your operation anything.
Every IOI setup comes with Search by default. Ask in plain English and get the answer, the numbers and the sources.
What runs on IOI.
Oway OS
Revenue, throughput, assets and suppliers, measured on live data.
IOI Search
Answers about facilities, products, lanes, suppliers and carriers.
Juno and AI agents
Read state and take actions through MCP, within the permissions you set.
Autonomous assets
Self-driving trucks, robots and automated lines that discover work and commit to it.
Live in days. Add more whenever you want.
Every IOI setup starts with your freight quotes, so you are monitoring and optimizing within days. ERP, EDI, legacy systems and physical assets are optional, and you can connect them at any time afterwards. Everything you already run stays in place.
Freight quotes
IOI starts as a monitoring surface for your freight quotes, live in days, and optimizes your operations from your secured data lake.
ERP and EDI
SAP ECC, Oracle EBS, and EDI over a VAN: 204 tenders, 214 status updates, 990 responses. Add them at any time.
Mainframes, files and documents
AS400s, nightly CSV drops over SFTP, BOLs, rate cons and invoices by email and PDF, spreadsheets and custom stacks.
Vehicles
Telemetry for position, hours and empty space, and self-driving trucks that take the load and route themselves.
Factories and robots
Automated lines, docks and throughput, and arms and movers on the floor.
Partners
Any other IOI node or IOI-enabled Oway carrier, connected with your permission.
Data lake
Your whole operation, current and queryable.
IOI optimizes your physical operations from a secured data lake that starts with your freight quotes and grows with every system you add. Every facility, asset, lane and order lands in one picture that updates as the operation moves, and updates flow back into systems like SAP and Oracle NetSuite automatically.
- Facilities, lines and storage locations
- Vehicles, machines and their open capacity
- Orders, inventory and flows between sites
- Writes back to SAP, Oracle NetSuite and the rest of your stack
- Yours to query, use and build on

One open schema for reading and acting.
IOI’s schema covers state and action, across companies and machines. A few examples:
READhow many units of a SKU sit in a warehouse right nowWRITEsend a status update to another factoryPRODUCEask a plant to run more mild steelQUOTEprice nine pallets against trucks already rollingBOOKcall a truck for 8 units of mild steel by 8am tomorrowTRACKposition and status without a phone callTENDERoffer the load straight to the carrierCAPACITYwhat is empty tonight, and where it is headed
Integrated coordination for every enterprise.
The largest vertically integrated operators run their factories, fleets and robots on one shared model of their operations. Almost no one else can afford to build that.
IOI gives every enterprise the same capability in days, on top of the systems it already runs.

Oway. The schema is open source; these operations are examples.
Work across companies on your terms.
Each node is private. When you choose, it connects to any other IOI node or any IOI-enabled Oway carrier, along with AI agents and machines, and you can write, quote, book, tender and produce with each other through the schema. You can also grant other service providers and AI companies access to optimize your data lake.
Customer-owned nodes
Your node, its data lake and its data belong to you to use and build on. Nothing is pooled with another company.
Explicit grants
Bring in any service provider or AI company to optimize your data lake. Every connection starts with your permission and its scope, and agents get read, propose or act.
Always in control
Grants can be narrowed or revoked at any time, and every access is logged.
Built for enterprise.

Running a node.
What is the IOI data lake?
A cleaned, queryable set of your industrial data, IOI-compatible and built on an open-source schema. Every IOI node keeps one, current as your operation moves.
Who owns the data on a node?
The company that runs it. Each node and its data lake are private, and nothing on them is pooled with another customer. Connecting a node to a partner, agent or machine takes the owner’s explicit permission, and every grant can be revoked.
How long does it take to set up IOI?
Days. A default setup starts as a monitoring surface for your freight quotes, then optimizes your physical operations from a secured data lake. ERP, EDI and other systems are optional, and you can add them at any time afterwards.
Do we have to replace our software?
No. Everything you already run stays in place. ERP, EDI, mainframe, file, document and spreadsheet connections, along with telemetry and machines, are optional and can be added whenever you are ready.
What can connect to IOI?
Legacy surfaces such as SAP ECC and Oracle EBS, EDI over a VAN (204, 214, 990), mainframes and AS400s, flat files over SFTP, email and PDF documents, spreadsheets and custom stacks. Physical assets such as vehicle telemetry, self-driving trucks, automated factories and deployed robotics. And suppliers, carriers and customers, with permission.
Is the schema open?
Yes. IOI is built on an open-source schema, so fleets, factories, robot makers and software companies can build to it directly. It covers reading state and taking action, with operations such as read, write, produce, quote, book, track, tender and capacity.
How much does IOI cost?
Contact our sales team for pricing on IOI and IOI Search. Every IOI integration includes IOI Search, access to Oway’s network of more than 10,000 vehicles and Juno optimizations out of the box. Juno and Oway OS are free for everyone.
How does Oway use data?
Oway uses the record of transactions it is party to, plus the access you grant to your own node, to optimize your operation. One company’s data is never exposed to another.
