Oway upholds the highest standards in distribution and we expect the same out of our carriers. Our rigirous vetting and ELD systems tracking enable Oway to have a near-perfect service and safety rating. On average, Oway carriers have at least ten years of active experience. We currently do not work with owner operators.
Oway services both liftgated and non-liftgated shipments, as well as most common accessorials. If you would like specialized capabilities for your account, we require minimum volume commitments. If you are interested in specialized service, please contact us.
All carriers on Oway are monitored actively to meet insurance requirements of $1M Auto Liability, $1M General Liability and at least $100K in Cargo coverage. Oway also provides supplemental insurance as a default on all shipments, included for free.
Our goal is to make sure you are fully satisfied to be an Oway customer. If you'd like a refund before your order is picked up, just send us an email reply that asks for a refund to your order confirmation email and we'll process a full refund for you. Also in the rare circumstance that we don't match you with a driver, we will automatically give you a full refund.
